My approach is driven by you and your unique needs. During our initial consultation we will discuss your health concerns and goals. We will look at your lifestyle, physical activity, and eating habits. You will learn how your current routines are impacting your present state of being. Together, we will design a wellness plan that best meets your individual needs. The plan will focus on incremental improvement -- one step at a time. The plan will be designed to incorporate the appropriate support, time frame, and accountability to achieve success. Plans range from weekly meetings to monthly check-ins over the course of a three- or six-month time frame.
Why a customized plan?
One size does not fit all. People are at different stages of life and at different places in their wellness journey. It is important to craft a plan that meets you where you are. At Be Well By Design, I have created a safe space to explore and investigate one’s relationship with food and lifestyle choices. I will support you on your journey to wellness and empower you to make impactful changes. Both in person sessions in Staten Island, NY and virtual sessions available.

Healthy food isn’t everything
You’ve probably heard the phrase “you are what you eat”, but my question is: what’s eating you? While it’s true that nutrient dense foods are a crucial part of maintaining good health, it alone is insufficient. If there’s an imbalance in your life whether it be you’re unhappy in your career, relationships, or just feeling unmotivated, it can often overshadow the good of healthy eating. As a holistic health coach, my goal is to empower you to make lifestyle changes toward your journey to health and happiness.
